Within everybody’s unique DNA, there are 23 chromosomes that make up an individual. We use 23 as a symbol of understanding that every individual is slightly different and their body’s requirements will differ.
Based in Leamington Spa, Project 23 is a results driven, private training facility home to some of the best equipment in the world. We pride ourselves on offering unrivalled in person 1-2-1 sessions, exclusive group training, online coaching and our popular kids classes. With all our training options, Project 23 will provide clients the most effective platforms to achieving their body composition or performance goals.

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2015 and, upon graduating with a BEng from Loughborough University, I pursued further education within the industry. My experiences and training have taken me across the country and to the United States for courses and qualifications.

I am proudly educated by N1 Education, who I and many regard as the pinnacle of biomechanics and program design. Through their courses and qualifications, I believe I’m justified to say I am one of the most qualified trainers within the UK. Being mentored by Adam Miller and N1 gives me access to the most up-to-date and valid research, which I can then incorporate it into my clients’ training.
At Project 23, I have invested in the highest quality machinery, ordering the best equipment from around the world. Through this investment, Project 23 is now highly regarded as one of the best facilities in the Midlands.

I’ve been coaching at Project 23 since the beginning of 2024, alongside my work in both university and professional sport environments. After completing my undergraduate degree in Sport Science, I went on to earn a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning from Loughborough University—a programme widely recognised as one of the most prestigious in the field.

Since then, I’ve invested significant time into studying the biomechanical principles outlined in N1’s curriculum, deepening my understanding of how to deliver guaranteed, effective results for every client.
My coaching experience spans a wide range of settings, allowing me to work successfully with individuals of all levels and goals. Alongside my work at Project 23, I also coach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which has further refined my attention to movement, discipline, and performance.
At Project 23, I combine my academic background, hands-on experience, and passion for continual development to help clients unlock their full potential. Seeing people surpass what they once thought possible remains my favourite part of coaching.

Our private training facility is based at Squab Hall, Leamington Spa, CV33 9QB, just a short drive from Warwick, Kenilworth, Coventry, and surrounding Warwickshire areas. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need for strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness.
