1-2-1 Coaching

Our unrivalled, in person sessions where you have the state-of-the-art, private training facility to yourself and the full focus of a trainer pushing to get you in the best shape of your life. We take you through your individualised training programs and you receive all our tracking options and nutrition plans as part of the service.

Results Driven Group Training

Not your standard group class! Our Results Driven Group Training offers similar benefits to our 1-2-1 sessions, while being a more cost-effective option. The six-week block consists of three training sessions per week, and you receive all our tracking options and nutrition plans as part of the service.

What makes this unique is the ability to individualise the group training with multiple plans happening simultaneously, so clients with different goals can achieve results they want.

Single Group Classes

Our Single Group Classes are great for people who are looking to get results while not having to commit to training more than once per week. We cater for all abilities and ages and have multiple sessions available during the week. Our clients create a welcoming, positive environment, supporting and celebrating each other’s success.

Our single group classes are on:

  • Monday 12:30pm

  • Thursday 2:00pm

  • Saturday 10:00am

Couples and Family Training

Enjoy your fitness journey by sharing the experience with your loved ones. You benefit from having a fully focused coach pushing both of you to achieve results. We can cater to different goals with separate individualised plans going on simultaneously.

Clients have achieved greater success by having partners there helping them along the way with motivation, assistance and accountability at both the gym and at home.

Online and Combination Training

For individuals who want to maximise their results with a combination of 1-2-1 training at Project 23 and programmed workouts at home or another gym. A very popular option for clients who have training equipment at home, or a gym membership. This can be beneficial as you receive high quality personalised programs, regular advice and the independent ability to apply your learnings. Results are maximised by training multiple times a week while being more cost effective.

Senior’s Training

Working out is for all ages. At Project 23 we proudly offer training sessions for our most senior members with clients in their 90s regularly attending our classes. These sessions are controlled in pace but high in quality as we seek to improve mobility, build strength, better conditioning for ageing bodies and to enhance quality of life.

Kids Class

We proudly offer our young athletes a fun training platform, which delivers results. They are taught to safely use adult weightlifting equipment and participate in enjoyable workouts designed to help them progress across a variety of sports. Our aim is to help them improve in multiple areas while building confidence, developing social skills and making new friends.

We’ve seen great success with kids losing weight, building muscle, becoming stronger, and improving their sporting performance.

Our Kids Class is on:

  • Saturdays at 11:15am

Little Lifters

We offer our youngest athletes a fun and exciting class. From 3-7 years of age, our little lifters participate in fun games, races and skill-based activities, all with the purpose of building them a platform to excel as they grow. This class is all about enjoyment, being active, all the while developing new skills.

Our Little Lifters class is on:
