By utilising different loading arms you can change the resistance profile of the machines, compared to other brands where you are limited to just one setting. Atlantis Strength is a premium brand. They manufacture the highest quality and that is evident in the cost. However, you get what you pay for and if a gym aspires to be one of the best performance facilities in the world, then they get Atlantis Strength. They manufacture some of the stand out equipment of their type.
Their new Hack Squat, that was designed by Coach Kassem from N1 Education, has only been released a few months but already took the industry by storm. Their old design was considered the best, however, the new product has raised that standard even higher. Personal training studios and elite gyms are all joining the waiting list for this new machine. One of the most common fitness brands within the UK, Life fitness create great products across a large range. They’re regularly used by personal trainers across the country because of the smoothness and versatility. At Project 23 Coaching we love their Dual Adjustable Pulleys and this piece is a major component of our sessions.

4. Nautilus
The brand has a massive reputation for producing some of the most desired equipment for many years. Back in the old school days of bodybuilding, Nautilus produced some iconic pieces such as their pullover machine. Over the years their innovative equipment became the gold standard for certain machines.
Their Xpload range are their most popular pieces. They can be rare and very expensive, as they are not in production anymore and people don’t want to sell them. The company decided to go down a new route, where they stopped producing their most popular equipment. This has left the door open for new companies to come in like Gym Shop Kit to create their own replica models. 5. Predator Strength
A relatively new company that has started to produce some of the best models within the fitness industry. They are based out of Croatia and are continually working on new improved designs. They are starting to become more common within the most elite training facilities around the world.
They have recently produced the new design created by Coach Kassem from N1 Education and it already has been ordered by major gyms and personal trainers from around the world. The new design has a fully adjustable foot plate and adjustable counter balance, making it superior to the other manufactures.
