I've been having personal training sessions with Barney at Project 23 for about 6 months now and I can highly recommend it. When I started, I hadn't been to a gym in a while and I wasn't at all confident I knew what I was doing. I felt a bit apprehensive, but quickly felt very comfortable there. Barney's knowledge is immense and he's so enthusiastic about working out what individual clients need and helping them on their journey through a fully tailored programme with constant support and advice. For anyone who is at all nervous about attending the gym, this place is really welcoming and quickly puts you at ease. I was worried it might be a bit intimidating, but it couldn't be less so and you get to learn such a lot as you progress in your fitness and wellbeing journey – far more than just what exercises to do. You learn how to do things properly, how to maximise results, how to tailor your diet and lots more. I'm really glad I gave it a try!
