2024 Atlantic Dash winners

Project 23 Coaching athletes Rod Adlington (captain) and Guy Minshull, were part of The Brightside’s crew who completed the world’s toughest row, crossing the Atlantic Ocean.

They won the 2024 Atlantic Dash race in an incredible 52 days 18 hours and 53 minutes and raised over £100,000 for charity.
